Ordering V-Gear custom products is simple because we have experienced staff available to help you through the process.  After 13 years in this business and thousands of custom orders behind us we have found the following steps to be a guideline:

1. Submit your order via fax or email and list out the products desired and the approximate quantities of the order.  (we do not need final sizing at this point)

2. Send in a 50% deposit by check or credit card using our credit card payment form.

3. Submit your artwork to art@v-gear.com and include your team name in the email.

4. We will prepare an art proof for you to review (usually) within a day or two of receiving your art files and / or your directions.  The time to complete this step can vary between different customers depending on what sort of artwork and instructions we receive initially.  

5. Send back your signed art approval and final sizing.

Feel free to request quality or sizing samples at any time before or during the order process.
