V-Gear® believes in acting as a responsible corporate citizen through respecting the rights of our valued employees, ethically sourcing raw materials, and recycling waste product. Our employees and the employees of our business partners are our greatest asset, and we make every effort to ensure the safety and well-being of all of those involved in our product supply chain. The V-Gear production facilities in Poland abide by all applicable EU labor laws and employs only legal EU citizens and resident workers of legal working age. We ethically source 90% of the raw materials used in the production of our products from within the EU and 10% from Asia. Under 10% of our production is sourced from carefully selected partners in Asia with a positive record on human rights and factory safety standards. Waste and scrap material is minimized through production efficiencies and disposed of responsibly through specialty recycling services when possible to help reduce our landfill impact.
